Where can I learn more about the rental process?

Do you only deliver on Saturdays?
No. Saturdays are our busiest day, but we can deliver on any day of the week.

How far in advance should I make reservations?
Make reservations as soon as you know your travel dates. Many weekends do sell out.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel less than two weeks in advance, your deposit will be forfeited.

Do you confirm the rental?
Yes. An email confirmation is sent after your online order is placed. We will also email you again 2–3 weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date with additional details regarding your order, and we may also send a text message for added communication.

Can I pick up the rental items myself?
Please contact us at least one week prior to your scheduled delivery date to discuss pickup arrangements.

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?
No — you are not expected to clean the rental items.

What happens if I lose an item?
If any rental items are lost, you will be charged the full replacement cost of those items as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Can I add to or change my order later?
Yes. All changes or additions must be made by contacting us directly. Requests to modify your order must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you need to add items after that timeframe, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, your deposit will be processed. Two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount.

Is there a delivery or pickup fee?
No — there is no delivery or pickup fee.

How do we return the rental items?
All rental items must be placed in the bin they were delivered in and set outside in the same location where they were originally delivered by 11:00 AM on the scheduled pickup date. Items should not be left on beds or inside the property. Failure to follow these instructions will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

When will I receive my deposit back?
Deposits are refunded within 7–10 business days after pickup, once all items have been inspected and confirmed to be free of rips, tears, stains, excessive damage, or missing pieces.
