Linen Rental Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to all linen rentals.


Reservations And Ordering

All one- and two-week rentals must be placed online. For rentals of three weeks or longer, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.


A refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date, the credit card on file will be charged for the full rental amount. If the credit card declines, we will make two attempts to contact you within 48 hours of the declined transaction to obtain valid payment. If we are unable to secure valid payment within that 48-hour period, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.


Cancellations or changes to your reservation may be made up to two weeks prior to the delivery date. After that time, cancellations or reductions in your order will result in loss of the deposit. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modifications requested before the two-week deadline but cannot guarantee availability.


By placing a reservation, you agree that we may send text messages related to your order.


Delivery

Deliveries will be made between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. All items will be delivered clean, dry, and properly packaged.


You are responsible for verifying that all items listed on your inventory sheet were received at the time of delivery. Any missing items must be reported to us on the day of delivery. Failure to notify us on delivery day will be considered confirmation that all items were received.


Delivery bins must be kept clean and secure during your stay and must be returned at the end of your rental period.


During Your Stay

Linens and towels will not be replaced during your rental period. If you require additional items, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Bath towels may not be taken to the beach or pool. Only designated beach towels may be used for beach or pool use.


If you choose to wash any rented items during your stay, white items must be washed separately. Beach towels must also be washed separately.


Departure Procedures

On the day of departure, all rented linens must be removed from beds and placed inside the delivery bins provided.

Use your inventory sheet to confirm that all items are accounted for.


All delivery containers must be placed outside no later than 11:00 AM.


The following situations will result in loss of the deposit:

  • Items left locked inside the rental property.
  • Linens left in a loose pile requiring our team to place them into laundry bags.
  • Sheets left on beds requiring our team to strip them.
  • Failure to place all linens inside the provided bin.


Damage and Replacement

All items must be returned in good condition. Replacement fees apply to items that are missing or damaged beyond repair:


TOWELS:

  • Bath Towel – $20
  • Hand Towel – $10
  • Washcloth – $5
  • Beach Towel – $20


SHEET SETS:

  • Twin – $50
  • Full – $55
  • Queen – $65
  • King – $70


DELIVERY BIN - $30


If the total cost of damaged or missing items exceeds the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.


Deposit Returns

Deposits are refunded within 7–10 business days after pickup, once all items have been inspected and confirmed to have no rips, tears, stains, excessive damage, or missing pieces.


Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax will be added to your order.


Governing Law

Any dispute arising from a linen rental shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of New Jersey state courts, or, where applicable, the appropriate United States District Court. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.


Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the full agreement regarding your linen rental and supersede all prior communications. No modification shall be valid unless authorized in writing. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
